Reminder: Capita network is ceasing 31/03/2024

As a final reminder, the Capita/Updata network will be ceasing this Sunday (31/03/2024).

Please be aware that Capita may still contact you after this date -

1. If you are entitled to a refund, the billing team will be in touch to confirm the process.
2. To arrange a suitable time/date for the collection of the hardware (CPE) which was used with their broadband service.

For now, our dedicated mailbox for broadband migration queries - educonnectivity@norfolk.gov.uk - will remain live but will be discontinued in the near future.
